Work Experience

Dr. Mishra worked in the UK for one year as a Commonwealth Medical Fellow from 1993 to 1994. In UK he worked at the Royal Victoria Infirmary and Freeman Hospitals in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He joined GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, India on a faculty position of Assistant Professor of Medicine. In due course of time he progressed to become Professor of Medicine and Endocrinology. In the year 2008 Dr. Mishra shifted to corporate hospitals and joined Fortis Hospital, Noida and Max Vaishali Hospital in the Delhi NCR region as Senior Consultant and Head of the Department of Diabetes & Endocrinology. In June 2015 he became Director, Institute of Diabetes & Endocrinology at Jaypee Hospital, Noida. In 2015 he shifted from India to UAE and from 2015 till 2021 he worked as Consultant Endocrinologist at Zulekha Hospital, Dubai. From 2021 to 2025 he worked as Consultant Endocrinologist at Al Zahra Hospital, Dubai. Dr. Mishra has more than 35 years of experience in clinical endocrinology and medical teaching. He has a huge experience of managing cases of adult as well as pediatric endocrinology.
