The Pathology department mainly
diagnoses diseases through examination
of body tissue,
organs, blood specimens and other
body fluids with the aim of understanding their nature
and causes.
We endeavor to reach high standards in rendering our laboratory services
to the satisfaction of our customers through the provision of standardized
updated technique and use of state-of-the-art “fully automated
equipments”.
In this context we would like our patrons to know that the laboratory is
certified by an International accrediting body QM – SYSTEMS OF RWTUV
Systems GmbH, ISO 9001: 2000 for the last 3 years consecutively.
The lab is equipped with fully automated & modernized equipments to
cover a large range of investigations in the areas of Haematology, Clinical
biochemistry, Serology, Microbiology, Endocrinology, Histopathology, Cytopathology
and Immuno- histochemistry.
The laboratory also can arrange for provisions of all kinds of specialized
and isoteric tests required by any health care providers.
The Histopathology section is monitored by specialists in this turf. The
histopathology lab has a fully automated Histokinet and facilities to perform
Immuno-histochemical
and histiochemical staining procedures in the shortest time possible. These
services are available to all heath care providers.
The laboratory is staffed by highly qualified and experienced personnel
who demonstrate the ability to produce flawless and accurate results
in short time. It is heartening and reassuring to our patrons to know that
we are at their service all through the year and every minute.
Special facilities are provided for sample collection which dramatically
shortens the waiting time for patients. The laboratory services are continuously
monitored by 3 experts in the field who are available in person during
the day on all working days.
The histopathology lab has a fully automated Histokinet. Renowned experts
provide best quality sections and stained slides for interpretation. They
also perform Immunohistochemical
and other histiochemical staining procedures in the shortest possible time.
We have a technologist, who lends instrumentation expertise in
various microbiological testing and interpretations.
Two data Entry operators are continuously at work to facilitate the availability
of reports to treating clinicians in shortest time possible. |
