Work Experience
He was working as Consultant
at Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital one of the premier
hospital in Bombay with Dr S. Natarajan. He completed
his fellowship in general ophthalmology and fellowship
from a 200 Bedded Eye hospital in India. He has
gained good clinical experience while working in
these hospitals.
He is well expertise in Phaco
emulsification, Manual small incision cataract
surgery, Glaucoma surgeries and Squint corrections.
He is well versed with laser procedures like
Nd; YAG laser Capsulotomy and Irodotomy. He has
written many chapters in national and international
text books esp with Dr Howard Fine and Dr Luther
Fry. He has assisted Dr Michael Blumenthal during
International live surgery work shop in Bombay
in 2003. He has presented papers in national
and international conferences. He also did study
on Use of Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)
as one of the recent investigative tool for patients
with Glaucoma. |
