Work Experience Dr. Irshad has worked for three years as a resident doctor in the Department of E.N.T. at B.J. Medical College & Sassoon General Hospital, Pune. He also possesses the experience in working as a Junior consultant E.N.T. Surgeon at Mantri Hospital, Pune. He has worked with the Ministry of Health in the Sultanate of Oman in New IBRA Hospital, Oman for several Years.

Presented scientific papers in the field of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) in many national forums of the association of Otolaryngologists of India.
Special Interests :
Nose and paranasal sinus disease and Endoscopic sinus surgery.
Worked in Prestigious Hospitals (Bowring Hospital, Spastics Society of Karnataka and Dr. S. R. Chandrasekhar Institute of Speech and Hearing) of Bangalore as Clinical Audiologist and Language Pathologist.
Special Interests :
Interested in Rehabilitation of various Hearing, Language and Speech Disorders through comprehensive assessment and individually designed treatment programs for Autism, Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Cleft lip and Palate, Head Injuries etc.
