Please note: while blood investigations generally call for some fasting precaution, the specific fasting requirement for each test in this package is listed below.

Per-test guidance

● Glucose Random/Fasting – Fasting requirement depends on test type/doctor's instruction

● All other listed tests (Routine Urine Analysis, RBS, Coagulation Profile, TSH, Rubella IgG, Indirect Coombs Test, Blood Group and Rh, CBC, VDRL/RPR, HIV, Hepatitis B Surface Antigen, Hepatitis C Virus Antibody) – No fasting required

● CTG – No fasting/turnaround detail provided; please confirm any specific preparation with your doctor or our health advisers

All blood test results in this package are typically available within 4 hours.

Exclusions

1. Previous scar, AED 1,000 extra
2. Anti-D injection for the mother, if required
3. Additional charges for medical management of the mother or baby due to complications
4. Baby's management in the NICU, with a 10% discount on actual charges
5. Blood transfusion
6. Sterilisation charges, AED 1,500 extra
7. Twin delivery, AED 1,000 extra
8. Newborn baby's registration charges, AED 20 extra
9. In case of twin delivery, services for the second baby are completely chargeable
10. Emergency service charges for specialists
11. Baby's blood group and Rh typing and other investigations
12. Costs related to management of complications arising during pregnancy
13. Newborn clothes and wipes
14. Medicines for the mother and baby
15. Neonatal hearing screening and full metabolic screening tests, available for newborns at additional cost
16. Any other services outside the package, charged at actual cost. A 10% discount applies to eligible out-of-package services, except medicines.
17. The package is provided only by an obstetrician or gynaecologist.
18. Tests are carried out according to actual medical requirements.
19. Package discounts are cancelled if the patient opts out of the package.
20. The first visit is not included if the package is booked on the same day.
21. The package amount is non-refundable.
22. The package is applicable only to self-pay or non-insurance patients.
