The Child Immunisation Programme is a comprehensive vaccination plan designed to provide essential protection against preventable infections from birth through early childhood. Pre-Test Instructions

A prior appointment is mandatory for vaccination visits. Parents should follow the recommended age-appropriate vaccination schedule and bring the child’s previous immunization records, if available. Inform the healthcare team about any previous vaccine reactions, allergies, or medical conditions before vaccination.

● Doctor Consultation – No fasting required. The doctor will review the child’s vaccination history, assess current health status, and confirm the vaccines due as per the immunization schedule.
