Dr. Rajeev Kumar is an Ophthalmologist with more than 17 years of experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions. His primary areas of expertise include cataract and refractive surgery, supported by advanced training from leading ophthalmic institutions in India and Europe. His extensive clinical experience has established him among the best ophthalmologist in Sharjah for comprehensive eye care.
He completed his postgraduate training and residency at Kanpur University, followed by a fellowship in anterior segment microsurgery and phacoemulsification at Aravind Eye Hospital and Postgraduate Institute of Ophthalmology, Madurai. He further strengthened his expertise through specialized training in contact lenses, retinal laser procedures, LASIK, PRK, SMILE, and corneal crosslinking for keratoconus.
Dr. Rajeev has worked with the Ministry of Health Hospital and Central Security Forces Hospital in Saudi Arabia before joining our team in 2012. His broad clinical background allows him to manage both routine and complex eye conditions while helping patients make informed decisions about their vision and treatment options.
