About Dr. Farhat Arsalan
Dr. Farhat Arsalan is a Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon with more than 21 years of surgical experience. As a highly accomplished general & laparoscopic surgeon in Sharjah, she manages both routine and complex surgical conditions with a strong focus on patient-centred care and minimally invasive techniques whenever suitable.
Before joining our team, Dr. Farhat spent over 12 years in Saudi Arabia, serving as a Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon across teaching and private hospitals. Her most recent role was at Aldara Hospital, Riyadh, where she also served as Chair of the Surgical Division and Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Al Faisal Medical University.
She has earned advanced surgical qualifications from Pakistan, the UAE, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Along with performing a wide range of general and laparoscopic procedures, she has extensive experience in managing surgical emergencies, providing preoperative counselling, postoperative care, and long-term patient follow-up.
