• More than 26 years of experience in the field of Urology. Underwent his urology training in SGPGIMS, which is one of the prestigious institutions for super specialty treatment and teaching in India. He has also had additional training in laparoscopic surgery both in India and France.
• Previously associated with Sri Ramachandra Medical College (SRMC), Chennai, India, as a Professor, Senior Consultant and Head of the Department of Urology. During his more than two decades of stay in SRMC he has had a very active clinical and academic career. He has also worked in other major hospitals both in India and UAE.
• Dr. Venkat has trained many urology residents and Urology Technologists and has had an extensive experience in all aspects of Urology. • Dr. Ayub has over 25 years of experience in the field of Urology. He specializes in Endourology, Laparoscopic Urology, Uro-Onco surgery and Renal Transplant. He has served as a Consultant Urologist and Robotic Surgeon at some of the prestigious South Mumbai Hospitals, Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Saifee Hospital, Wockhardt Hospital and Apollo Spectra Hospital. Prior to joining Zulekha Hospital he worked at Grant Medical College & Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Bombay India.

He completed his MBBS in 1991 and MS in General Surgery in 1996 from Government Medical College, Kottayam, followed by an MCh in Urology in 1999 from Government Medical College, Trivandrum. He was awarded the Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Urology in 2001 and later earned his FRCS in Urology from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh (UK) in 2016.
